1. Over corrosion
Over-corrosion refers to the pitting or uneven uneven defects on the surface of titanium alloy after pickling, which is mostly caused by the imbalance of the proportion of hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid. Excessive pickling time can also lead to the occurrence of this defect. Generally, the pickling time is 1 to 4 minutes. The process parameters can be adjusted according to the operation site to shorten the pickling time appropriately.
